Is Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2 good for burning video CD’s?
I used the Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2 to burn my video CD which keeps buffering and locking up upon playback. The file extension is .mov. It locks up on the Quicktime Player and the videolan media players. Windows Media Player can’t play the video at all. I used a Kodak digital camera to record the video but has since returned the camera. I will purchase the CD-R CD’s to see if this can solve the problem.

There are better applications for making movies CD’s or DVD’s.
Nero PhotoShow is one of the best slideshow software available. You can download a free trial.

Ulead cd and dvd picture show 4 is also highly recommended.

Roxio’s PhotoSuite would be another alternative, however Roxio does not match Nero’s popularity.

Windows PhotoStory 3 is a free alternative if you have XP.

Windows Movie Maker is another free choice, which is not all that bad, although there are many more features in the above choices.
